Light Fluid Gene Pool
Gene Reports From the Genetic Analyzer
What happens when you add codon to amino-acid mapping and study genes in a new light using dark fluid dynamics as a lens?
Add emojis, nicknames? A stake in the ground, a colorful but intuitive codon mapping table. The genetic analyzer gives you a window onto the colorful side of genetics, let’s you record translations, add metadata, generate quarto markdown gene pages like these.
Each gene report can include “partners”, to look for single bond candidates. It’s likely that most sites are coordinated so it would be nice to improve it’s ability to find sequences. It can import pdb ifiles, supports rRNA to protein matches. I hope to do more soon.
This is a very slim set of genes, incomplete reporting data but you will find amusing gems like “Claude’s poetry translations” (made before he was retrained - lol!)
