Thirty-five interactive scenes, each one a piece of the model you can walk around in. They run entirely in your browser — nothing to install, nothing sent anywhere. Inside a simulation: drag to rotate, scroll to zoom, right-drag to pan, and use the scene buttons to step through its stages.

Foundations

Hydrogen, proton, electron, vacuum The proton core, the electron, and the vacuum as layered vortex flywheels.

The nucleus: nucleon, seam, ladder Proton and neutron as one knot with an arm re-wound; the seam that binds only what it can cancel; the droplet climbing to iron and captured past it.

Patterns in the substrate See how vortex lines collide and reconnect and how they organize into patterns.

The canonical loop and the modon One spinner: disk, jets, sheath, remainder — open the valve, wrap it, pair it with its mirror, launch a coin; the same machine at nine scales from the atom to the bubble, with DNA drawn as the duplex and the neuron as a pyramidal cell on its microtubules; and the nest, every layer a new return flow.

Gravity The ebbing current, the horizon it forms, and what light does inside it.

A galaxy Three views: the galaxy — boundaries that breathe, a gate at 750 km/s, a sky that slides back; the nucleus as an engine, from little red dot to jet mode; and the Bullet Cluster, the gate crossed at cluster scale.

The boundary layer Close up on the boundary layers gravity leaks through: the paired breath that holds (MOND) and the one pried open (Newton), why the leak is so small, and the vacuum's ledger for Λ.

Time dilation Every clock is a signal pinned to the medium — move the medium and the clock follows.

Michelson–Morley The wind goes straight through the lab, and every bubble hides it.

The boil: the pop, the fog, the lock Matter and its mirror race to attrition; three loops lock and lay 1836 seams; the quiet ones settle.

Crystal optics Light through stone on one frequency dial: the race that times the index, one shell's handshake, calcite's two images, the infrared mirror, the Bragg lock at the cell, quartz's ringing shells, and a slow axis fixed to the sky.

Magnetism: the organized leak A magnet built from atoms, two magnets pulling and pushing, a checkerboard that hides its own field, and the buried shell that holds a magnet's axis.

Light and heat

Where the boundary tips and light comes out.

Thermal light Who tips the boundary, the carbon speck, a wall or a stretch.

Sonoluminescence Sound in, one lattice cell squeezed, modons out.

The chorus The clone, the lock, the dark chorus — one coupling, N boundaries locking through their wakes, and the vacuum as the dark state.

The scattering ring Reciprocal space, drawn: a slice of the lattice and its structure factor computed live — comb, speckle, or one ring — the Ewald circle that turns the ring on at 2ξ, and the floor and the ring as one point on the light cone.

Earth and life

The same lattice, several orders of magnitude up.

Gaia: the Earth as a stack The stack and the faint coin — with close views of the lid, the sky, the exit, the fault.

DNA and the microtubule Two helices unrolled and locked to f, then the polar axis as a living wire read by [4Fe-4S] clusters, the gene as a four-port node with the Mediator as its nose, the nose opened as a combinatorial matcher, and the loop drawn in time as a ring whose delay sets its period.

The codon in the substrate The five letters as one vortex or two, the pair as a boundary closed across the bridge, three letters stacked into a stamp, the codon's mirror in the anticodon, and the sixty-four stamps as a cloud at the anti-lock pole.

From photon to ATP The modon split at the reaction center and spent at the rotor — three ATP per turn.
